We are now seeking a Head of Communications and Engagement to build on our good work to date. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing together our communications and community engagement teams creating a proactive service that communicates the city’s vision and priorities locally, nationally and internationally. You will play a key role in our digital revolution, improving our digital presence and reach, and promote the city and our services to all. You will proactively engage with residents and partners to seek their views and improve our services and approach. Just as important will be your political nous and your ability to work and inspire confidence within a political environment.
If you have excellent leadership and change management skills, the ability to influence partners and a proven track record of success in delivering effective communications and engagement strategies, then we would like to hear from you.
