The Service
The Learning and Skills Service (LSS) delivers employment and skills support to residents across Northumberland. You will provide administrative and financial support to the team and will be primarily based with the services employability team at Wansbeck Workspace, Ashington.

The Role
You will provide administrative, customer service and financial support to the employment team including tasks associated with customers being referred and exiting employment and learning programmes. On a day to day basis you will use CRM and data systems, complete financial tasks and deal with day to day visitors to the team's main campus in Ashington and also other delivery bases across the County when necessary. You should have an eye for detail and be able to provide exceptional customer service to learners and employment programme participants. We are looking for a flexible individual who can work in a fast-paced environment and you should have the ability to complete accurate and compliant paperwork and financial records. It is essential that you are able to build excellent working relationships with NCC colleagues, external partners and stakeholders including Job Centre Plus and employment programme partners.

We are offering:
- A starting salary of £ 20,092 - Salary range is £20,092 – £21,748
