We are looking to recruit 1 x 30 hour post.

The role is working in a team to support adults with learning disabilities in a Day Centre setting providing social and therapeutic activities within the Centre and out and about in the local community maintaining health & safety and welfare of self and others.

Applicants should be reliable, have good communication skills and QCF Level 2 Diploma in Adults Health and Social Care or NVQ 2 or equivalent.

A flexible approach and able to follow the Council's visions and values.

A good general education that demonstrates literacy and numeracy to ensure care plans are completed.  'the applicant will need to comply with all Northumberland County Council policies and procedures.
