Are you the right person to help us to develop a brighter future for our children and
young people? If so, we are looking to recruit a new permanent Accommodation Support Worker to work within the Accommodation Service.
As part of your role, you will work alongside the Accommodation Lead and the other Accommodation Support Workers to ensure that the accommodation needs of young people are met.
You will have an integral role in helping to shape the Accommodation Service and will work with young people and wider services; including partnership working with our accommodation providers, housing services and other services within Northumberland County Council.
We place children and young people at the heart of all we do and aim to provide a quality service to children in care and care leavers to achieve the best possible outcomes for those children, their families and carers.
You will be part of a creative, enthusiastic and dynamic service that is co-located with our 14+ Service, Youth Justice Service, Youth Service and SORTED Substance Misuse Service.
