Northumberland Telecare provides a service across Northumberland providing a range of Telecare equipment to enable service users to live independently in their own homes. We operate 24/7 every day of the year

The role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to supervise staff both within our control room and staff out in the community providing a mobile warden service.

Managing training and performance, supporting and developing staff and assisting the management team are just some of the tasks the Supervisor will be responseible for as well as being the first point of contact for technical queries.

Successful applicants must have excellent communications skills and be confident to deal with emergency situations. Individuals should have a calm and empathetic approach when dealing with vulnerable clients both over the phone and face to face. Sound knowledge of both Telecare control and Mobile Warden teams is essential.

The role will involve working a variety of shifts including days, evening, nights and weekends.

The salary for this role is £24,892 - 27,741
