Wansbeck Supported Living Service supports people with learning disabilities, with associated and complex needs and behaviours which can challenge in their own homes within Hatfield Chase or the local community.

You will be required to support individuals or carry out domestic, physical and personal care tasks for the service users and maintaining the hygienic conditions within their homes, while promoting their own independence.

The salary for this role is £16290 - 17633 based on a working rota pattern of 30 hours per week.







You must have a good general level of education, the ability to work as part of a team but also independently, be able to communicate verbally and in writing. You must also work in an anti-discriminatory manner, have an awareness of the need to respect privacy, dignity and independence. A willingness to undertake further training and the ability to meet the physical requirements of the post is essential.

An NVQ level 2 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent, a willingness to work toward this or previous experience in care would be desirable
