Prosper Learning Trust is seeking to appoint an HR Adviser with relevant experience (in a school or similar environment) to join our busy, friendly team from September 2022. This post offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious applicant to join an established multi-academy trust to provide HR advice and support to our academies and Trust. This post will allow the right applicant the opportunity to utilise and develop their HR skills and experience to support our academies and to contribute to the work of our growing Trust.

The successful applicant will be expected to work with academy and Trust senior leaders and while will be expected to spend time in each academy, will be based with the Central Services Team. Applicants will be able to manage their own workload and respond to the demands of a busy team. Applicants will need to be committed, flexible and highly motivated in their work. Relevant training and support will be provided to the successful applicant.

Experience of working in a school / academy or an education setting is highly desirable. The successful candidate will:
• Be creative and able to problem solve
• Be able to plan for and implement new initiatives
• Have the ability to manage their time effectively, use initiative and be professional with a flexible attitude.

Prosper Learning Trust was established in January 2018 with Newcastle Bridges School and Mary Astell Academy. Thomas Bewick School joined the Trust in April 2019, Harry Watts Academy in September 2020 and Gilbert Ward Academy will open in September 2023. We are striving to build further collaboration across the academies and grow as a multi-academy trust, whilst continuing to strengthen our relationships with schools outside the MAT for the benefit of our pupils.
