We are looking to recruit a Support Assistant who:
• holds a support assistant qualification at Level 3 or equivalent
• has recent experience of leading learning in a woodland / forest environment
• can contribute to the development of enabling a woodland environment to support learning and play
• can work effectively with others; directing them, where appropriate, within the woodland training environment
• can adapt provision to suit the needs of SEND pupils
• can take direction from experienced colleagues, while at the same time take initiative and work independently
• can work flexibly – switching between class-based support, small group and 1:1 support where necessary
