The Service
The Human Resources and Organisational Development Service (HR/OD) is made-up of an exciting and dynamic team of HR/OD and Recruitment and Selection Professionals. We are looking to expand the service with the appointment of a Customer Service Apprentice.

The role
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the OD Team for a L&OD Workforce Apprentice. In this unique role you will provide a range of business administration and clerical support whilst assisting in our employability programmes and initiatives. This will include communicating with Schools, Colleges, learning & Skills services to maximise opportunities.

This role will include dealing with emails, receiving telephone calls, taking minutes and dealing with enquiries. The ability to talk to others and provide advice is essential for the post. We are looking for positive, enthusiastic, flexible, resilient individuals who can use their initiative and are passionate about helping others.

Our Apprenticeships are structured training programmes which give you the opportunity to gain on the job experience whilst working towards a recognised apprenticeship standard. They help you gain the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in your chosen industry.

Essential requirements:
GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/c or equivalent)
