An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new role at Newcastle City Learning. The Senior Lead – Student Experience will lead on ensuring that all learners experience a high-quality learner journey from start to finish. This is a broad role covering responsibility for advice and guidance, student enrolment and onboarding, data and funding compliance and exams functions. This senior role will lead the student experience team and also work directly with the Head of Newcastle City Learning and the rest of the senior management team.
Newcastle City Learning is a small but diverse provider offering Programmes for Young People, Adults, Apprenticeships and bespoke programmes for learners with high needs, learning difficulties and disabilities. This role will ensure that all of our curriculum provision is supported by high-quality wrap around services.
Experience in the leadership of an effective MIS function is essential.
