The role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Information and Performance Team in Adult Care Services for a Data Analyst Officer. Applications are invited from candidates who are experienced in working with data and wish to develop their skills further.

As part of a team that specialises in data collection, analysis and interpretation, your main tasks will be to produce management information and performance reports to senior managers, heads of service and team managers, as well as support the administration of the national user and carer surveys.

You will be working with a small team of analysts that will provide you with detailed guidance, support and on the job training. You will be required to handle, interpret and present accurate information, using client information systems, such as Swift, and IT packages such as Tableau and Excel.

The ability to communicate with staff at all levels in accurate spoken English is essential for the post.

Reporting to: Senior Information Analyst within the Team
