POST TITLE: Special Needs Co-ordinator/ Classteacher
GRADE: MPS + TLR2B
Required from: January 2023
The Governors of this high achieving and well-regarded Infant School are looking to appoint an experienced classroom teacher with a passion for supporting children with special educational needs.
You will either be a highly motivated, well-qualified and talented SENDCo or be prepared to work towards attaining the national accreditation for SEND.
This is a full-time, permanent position to start in January 2023. The position is not suitable for ECTs.
The successful candidate will:
• Be fully committed to this school and its drive to raise standards further.
• Be an effective and inspirational classroom teacher showing creativity and flair in providing interactive learning activities for young children.
• Have high aspirations for all pupils.
• Have the ability to maintain high standards of behaviour.
• Show a genuine desire to work as an effective team member.
(The school converted to an Academy on the 1st February 2013 and so the successful candidate would be employed by the Academy).
