The Service?
The Repairs and Maintenance Team deliver responsive and planned maintenance to the council's housing properties across Northumberland using a mixture of inhouse and contracted workforce the role will sit within the repairs and maintenance team ?

The role?
?This role is to schedule operatives their work using the councils I.t. dynamic scheduling tools the successful candidate will operate working alongside the area team leader to ensure repairs are undertaken in a timely manner The role is high tempo in a busy team Training will be given to assist you into this role ?

A starting salary of £22,571 (Band 5)?
25 days annual leave plus public and bank holidays (rising to 30 after 5 years of service)(pro-rata for part-time employees)?
