The Fostering Service are committed to providing high quality placements to meet the needs of children who are looked after. Our Payment for Skills Framework encourages carers to build expertise in caring through experience, skills development and progression opportunities.
Due to an internal promotion we are seeking to recruit a Supervising Fostering Social Worker to work in our vibrant team to help further develop the service and be part of exciting new changes including planning the implementation of our 3rd Mockingbird Model of Fostering in the Autumn.
As a Supervising Fostering Social Worker you will contribute to the provision of a high quality robust fostering service and be responsible for the recruitment, assessment monitoring, support and development of a skilled, carer’s workforce that gives children what they need when they need it most.
