Newcastle City Learning is seeking to recruit a committed individual to deliver an outstanding front-line service and information, advice and guidance to a diverse range of customers over 3 sites.
Your role will be to ensure that the Gateway team provide a first-class service to all of our customers both internal and external. Alongside this you will be responsible for the timely collection and input of learner enrolment information, ensuring it complies with funding rules and regulations.
The post is full time and you will be required to work one late night per week during term time. You will also be expected to work at any of our sites - The Heaton Centre, Westgate College and Gosforth Library as and when required.
A high standard of written and verbal communication skills are essential along with the ability to pay attention to detail.
A requirement of this post is that you will complete a Customer Service Level 2 Apprenticeship.
