37 hours per week; 22.12 hours per week

4 Casual staff working as and when required

This is an exciting opportunity to join Community Hubs, Libraries and Open Spaces within our Operations & Regulatory Services Directorate.

You will be responsible for providing a frontline service to customers in our libraries and partnership buildings across the City which will include evening and weekend working.

You should be experienced in working in a customer focused environment and have the ability to actively promote services, including online whilst resolving customer enquiries. You should have excellent communication and customer service skills. You will also be expected to deliver story times and 1 to 1 IT sessions.

You will be required to work flexibly across all sites which will include working evenings to 7pm and weekend working on a rota basis.
