The role
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Organisational Development Team. Your area of focus will be to deliver OD services via a service level agreement to our key client, Your Homes Newcastle (YHN) who manage 26,000 homes on behalf of the council.

You will play a vital leading part in enabling the management team at YHN to deliver their vision of “first for housing” through the delivery of their People, Business and Customer Experience Plans. The newly refreshed People Plan has clear priorities and themes: engage; value; develop; health and wellbeing; and leadership which will play an important role going forward at YHN

The person
It’s an exciting time at YHN and we’re looking for someone who has a track record of developing and implementing change initiatives, are known for their ability to build strong relationships and have the ability to engage, influence and challenge across all levels of an organisation.
