As Kenton School’s Principal you will not only model high-quality leadership, you will also have the drive and determination to work across the Trust.

You should be able to demonstrate a proven track-record of school improvement as a senior leader either at Principal or Vice Principal level, the ability to successfully motivate and develop teams, leading and implementing change, plus the professional credibility to positively engage all stakeholders.

Accountable to the Executive Principal and the Trust, you will be responsible for developing the shared vision and strategic plan for Kenton School, which has a large and diverse population of students and sits at the heart of the community.
