We are looking to employ a Band 2 Caretaker - 30 hours per week at Ford Hugh Joicey C of E Aided First School.
We are hoping that the successful candidate will be in post by mid-December. This role is permanent – term time plus ten days. You will work a morning and evening shift making sure that the school is ready for a busy day of learning.
As Caretaker at Ford you will have a wide variety of tasks from Security, unlocking and locking the school, daily cleaning to DIY tasks, maintaining the schools heating system, clearing leaves from the paths in the Autumn and gritting in the winter.
Previous experience would be preferred but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Ford School is a beautiful Victorian building in Ford Village with extensive grounds, looking towards the Cheviot Hills..
