*This post attracts the Newcastle Living Wage supplement. In addition to the hourly rate, this post will receive the Newcastle Living Wage supplement to bring the hourly rate up to a minimum of £10.90 an hour.

Monday to Friday 12.00-18.00

An opportunity exists for a suitable person to work within the Facility Services Division of Operations and Regulatory Services Directorate as a Facility Officer at Cruddas Park Shopping Centre. Typical duties within this post will encompass responsibility for the security of the premises, the setting of alarms, the operation of fire alarms as well as a range of general and porterage duties. There will also be a responsibility for the ordering of materials and maintaining stock levels. You will also be responsible for the cleaning of a defined area within the centre.
