The Governing Board wish to appoint a dedicated, innovative, caring and personable KS1 class teacher to join our highly motivated staff team. We are looking for outstanding practitioners who can work closely with staff to provide high quality education for our children across KS1.

Biddick Hall Infant and Nursery School is at the heart of the local community and the school prides itself on friendly and supportive atmosphere where children and staff are encouraged to be the best they can be.

To meet the needs of our pupils the governing board are looking to recruit an additional teacher to further strengthen our well established team.
Applicants for the post should be highly motivated with outstanding interpersonal skills.

The candidate should have:
• Understanding of and enthusiasm for KS1 Education.
• Evidence of highly effective teaching skills as a dedicated practitioner committed to raising standards.
• A willingness to work effectively with their partner teachers to maintain the highest standards of pupil achievement.
• An excellent working knowledge of assessment and procedures.
• The ability to work collaboratively with colleagues as part of a team.
• The commitment to contribute to the ethos of the school and the wider community.
• A secure understanding of safeguarding.
• Some understanding of trauma responsive education.
• A commitment to ensuring strong relationships are central to all interactions.
