Learning and Development Advisor - Safeguarding

South Tyneside Safeguarding Children and Adults Partnership is seeking to recruit an experienced Learning and Development Advisor to develop, deliver and evaluate the effectiveness of the multi-agency training programme.

The role requires an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who can apply creativity and initiative in a range of methods of engagement and measuring the impact and effectiveness of the multi-agency training on frontline practice.

The role is key in supporting the Partnership to deliver against its priorities and statutory requirements whilst continuing to raise the standards of safeguarding practice across the South Tyneside multi-agency workforce.
