The Digital and ICT Service are delivering exciting change to South Tyneside, and we have vacancies to support a new Service Design Programme. We are looking for motivated, passionate people to join our team as a Service Designer, Delivery Manager, Senior UX Designer, Business Analyst and Digital Officer.
We are in an exciting period of change, with the recent launch of the Our Council Change Programme and the South Tyneside Vision, Ambitions and Strategy. Our workforce supports around 155,000 residents across the Borough of South Tyneside and Digital and ICT is instrumental in supporting colleagues to work effectively and efficiently meeting the needs of our residents, businesses and partners.
As Service Design Delivery Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Service Design projects, providing leadership and support to multi-disciplinary teams through the product lifecycle and into continuous delivery and support. You will be a champion of agile project management, and ensure that key meetings such as daily scrums, retrospectives, and product roadmap planning takes place in a collaborative spirit. You will provide coaching and ongoing support to colleagues and be the touchpoint for stakeholders and sponsors on key projects.
