The Digital and ICT Service are delivering exciting change to South Tyneside, and we have vacancies to support a new Service Design Programme. We are looking for motivated, passionate people to join our team as a Service Designer, Delivery Manager, Senior UX Designer, Business Analyst and Digital Officer.
We are in an exciting period of change, with the recent launch of the Our Council Change Programme and the South Tyneside Vision, Ambitions and Strategy. Our workforce supports around 155,000 residents across the Borough of South Tyneside and Digital and ICT is instrumental in supporting colleagues to work effectively and efficiently meeting the needs of our residents, businesses and partners.
As Service Design Digital Officer, you will contribute to a multi-disciplinary team tasked with modernising and streamlining Council services. You will assist in the maintenance and support of Council websites by working with services to provide accessible and well-constructed content. You will promote GOV.UK website standards and improve the online customer journey of our users based on user activity, feedback, data and testing.
