1 x Residential Care Officer 30 Hours per week - Annual Salary £23,003 - £25,215 per annum (Permanent)

Sessional Residential Care Officers working on an as and when required basis £14.70 per hour

Bedeburn is a short break service providing short breaks for up to 6 children and young people, aged 6-18 years.

You will be required to work directly with children and their families, their relatives and other professionals to achieve the maximum quality of life for the individual.

You will be required to work with children and young people with emotional, behavioural and learning difficulties and disabilities in which personal care will be required. You will monitor children and attend to their needs in line with their individual care plans as well as recording changes and writing summary reports of each individual child’s stay. You will be allocated a case load and be responsible for creating and reviewing care plans along with introducing young people and families to the service.

You will be required to work as part of a rota, which will include some weekend working.
