The Virtual school promote the education of all children with a social worker. We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual who can coordinate the Personal Education Plans for our cared for young people.
The role will involve building relationships with a range of partners in social care and across all schools.
You will be responsible for coordination the PEP’s and collating the data from them. This helps to inform services, interventions and resources.
We have a small team who are looking to expand due to a new government remit. It’s an exciting time to join us to help shape the needs of the service.
