The Digital and ICT Service have a vacancy for a Cloud Support Analyst to join our Cloud Support Team. We are looking for someone with experience of working within a Cloud role or an experienced IT technician with an interest in Cloud technologies.

We are in an exciting period of change, with the recent launch of the Our Council Change Programme and the South Tyneside Vision, Ambitions and Strategy. Our workforce supports around 155,000 residents across the Borough of South Tyneside and Digital and ICT is instrumental in supporting colleagues to work effectively and efficiently meeting the needs of our residents, businesses and partners.

As a Cloud Support Analyst, you will work closely with our Modern Workplace Team to deliver new ways of working identified in our Change Programme. You will contribute to identifying, implementing and maintaining cloud systems (M365, SaaS, PaaS & IaaS) and ensuring the security of our cloud infrastructure and M365 Tenancy.
