We are seeking to appoint from September 2023, an Administrative Assistant to work in our busy mail office, reception and reprographics areas. Main duties will involve general admin tasks to support the Office Manager. These will include (but not limited to)
• filing
• assisting with school correspondence via post (mail merge) and email
• responding to queries via email and telephone
• ensuring the smooth running of the school’s main reception, greeting visitors and answering telephones
• supporting our reprographics department with small print jobs
The successful candidate should possess good IT and typing skills.
