What about the Team?
You will join a wider team with responsibility for providing a customer focused complaints and customer relations service, which includes statutory Social Care complaints, Freedom of Information requests and School Admission Appeals.
What about the Role?
As a highly motivated and committed team player, with experience of working in a busy customer services environment, you will use your excellent communication and customer service skills to be able to work confidently and effectively with a range of stakeholders and customers.
This role will work primarily from home, with office working as required to support service requirements. You will need access to the internet via wi-fi, and will be provided with the IT equipment you’ll need to work from home.
