We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated, hardworking and flexible individual to join our expanding team as Health and Social Care Officers. We provide a specialist respite and crisis service that supports adults with learning disabilities with additional complex support needs within a building base. The service enables families to have a short break while we support their family member within the service. Health & Social Care Officers play a vital role within the team
