Further Information
Sele First School are looking to recruit a L3 SEND Teaching Assistant post on a fixed term contract until August 2024 to help support SEND and behaviour across school. The post will involve 1:1 and small group work to support the teacher to be able to meet individual needs. Experience of working with SEND children and the ability to manage challenging behaviour is desirable. The successful candidate must be flexible in the ability to work across key phases and must have a good understanding of how early reading is taught and a good understanding of Maths concepts. The successful candidate will take up post from September 2023 subject to satisfactory references and clearances.
The successful candidate will be employed on a one year fixed term contract, working 27.5 hours per week; term time only. It is anticipated the working hours will be 8.30am – 3.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable.
This post is a fixed term contract until August 2024.
