SITE SUPERVISOR

Full Time. 37 hours per week

NJC Scale 12 £24,496 p.a.

We are seeking to appoint a Site Supervisor to join our busy Premises team. Duties will include ensuring the security and condition of the site and carrying out routine maintenance tasks as required. Appropriate training will be provided for the successful candidate.

This post will involve early and late shifts on a rota to open and close the building. You will be entitled to a 15 minute paid break each day as well as a 30 minute unpaid break each day.

You should enjoy working in a busy team environment and be a very flexible worker. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, together with the ability to deliver a high quality service whilst under pressure.
