About the role
 
We have a new position and a unique opportunity to join us at an exciting time as we plan to further enhance our IT infrastructure across the Trust.  You will work closely with a range of key stakeholders across all our academies to ensure that our IT provision meets our current needs and is fit for the future.
 
As well as leading a team of IT support staff to manage day to day IT operations, you will also be responsible for managing and delivering transformational projects across all our academies which align to the trust’s three-year Digital Strategy. 
 
What we are looking for
 
We are looking for a candidate with excellent technical skills and experience, with a proven track record in delivering successful ICT solutions across multiple sites. 
 
You will have recent experience of managing, motivating and developing a high performing, customer focused team to ensure delivery of ICT solutions. 
 
In order to manage transformational projects you must have excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively.  You will also have good interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
