The Job
As an Income Officer, you will contribute towards the timely and accurate allocation of payments received in accordance with Council policy and procedures, you will proactively investigate unidentified income and allocate it accurately to the correct accounts to prevent enquiries from budget managers whilst ensuring controls and reconciliations are carried out accurately and timely in accordance with financial regulations and procedures. 

Once Training has taken place there is an expectation that you will be working from home for most of the time.

The Candidate
To be successful, you will need to be enthusiastic, have excellent communication and negotiation skills, have the ability to process high volumes of work accurately within prescribed deadlines, and you must be dedicated to continuous improvement.
