We are looking for an individual who would like to join our school as a Caretaker.
We are seeking a friendly, caring and motivated person to ensure the school site is secure and that the buildings and grounds are maintained, clean and equipment is well maintained.
The successful candidate will:
· Ensure buildings and the site are secure.
· Operate and regularly check systems such as heating, lighting and security
· Arrange regular maintenance and safety checks
· Perform duties in line with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
· Grounds maintenance
· Carry out repairs and maintenance
· Be resourceful and work with initiative and without constant supervision
· Demonstrate integrity and uphold the school’s values and principles.
