A Rewarding Opportunity...
To lead a team of Intensive Family Support (IFS) Keyworkers within North locality, as part of the Community Family Offer. Families receiving a service from IFS teams often need a period of intense intervention to change poor/damaging behaviour and to address entrenched and complex needs.
You will join an experienced group of managers, developing excellent working practices with a variety of other services, including Children’s Social Care.
The Post
The post will suit a candidate who has:
- A proven track record of successfully delivering a range of services that support families
- Experience of carrying out a supervisory and management role
- Experience of integrated, multi-agency working
