We’re recruiting for key roles across our service:
• Team Manager – Lead and inspire a team, championing high-quality practice and supporting staff to thrive.
• Senior Practitioner – Mentor and guide colleagues, helping embed restorative approaches.
• Social Worker – Work directly with children and families, using your skills to build safety, resilience, and better outcomes.
