Tees Valley Combined Authority are looking to appoint two new solicitors to their legal team.

Commercial Solicitor
This role supports the delivery of high-quality legal services across the Tees Valley Combined Authority Group. You will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer and Head of Legal to provide accurate legal advice that enables effective planning and delivery across the organisation.

The role also assists in ensuring the Group meets its statutory duties under the Local Government and Housing Act 1989, helping to uphold lawful decision-making and strong governance.

Property Solicitor
In this role, you will support the Group Chief Legal Officer and Heads of Legal Services by delivering high-quality legal advice across a wide range of matters.

This includes drafting, negotiating and finalising contracts and property transactions; advising on procurement, governance, subsidy control and regulatory issues; and contributing to organisation-wide legal projects.
