Temporary until 14 November 2017 or until the return of the substantive post holder.
Lead on the development and implementation of a comprehensive range of participation and education opportunities within the Parks and Countryside offer. Promote high standards of access and enjoyment, alongside key objectives of protection, conservation, and volunteering.
Provide advice and support to the Principal Parks and Countryside Manager on all matters relevant to the scope of the function.
To participate in working groups and inter departmental teams whose work contributes towards the delivery of effective and efficient services and assists in achieving the council’s key outcomes. To ensure that effective working relationships are developed and maintained with internal and external partners, organisations, customers and other stakeholders, such as elected members and residents.
Required Qualifications:
Educated to Degree Level in a related discipline
It is anticipated that interviews may be held on Thursday 26th January 2017 or possibly week commencing Monday 30th January 2017.
