We wish to appoint a Deputy Headteacher who is inspirational, committed, highly motivated and an enthusiastic practising Catholic, who will build on the exceptional work of our previous deputy and further develop our school.
This is a great opportunity for a strong and effective leader to make a significant impact at a school which places children at the centre of all it does.
We are seeking a Deputy Head who:
• is a committed and practising Roman Catholic and a clear witness to their faith and who will develop even further the Catholic ethos of the school
• can set an excellent example of classroom practice and demonstrate a clear desire for enabling progress and inspiring colleagues in raising standards
• is passionate in promoting a clear child-centred vision
• has an ability to drive forward developments in the curriculum
• has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a good sense of humour
• can support the Headteacher in the strategic role of raising our standards of achievement – both academically and pastorally
