We are recruiting Early Help Practitioners to work with families with school age children as part of the Early Help Service in Darlington.

The post will involve carrying out whole family assessments, chairing ‘Team around the Family’ meetings, delivering group work to parents and young people, and lots of direct work with children and parents.
