Required to begin from 1st September 2018.

Our children, staff and governors are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Headteacher to lead and be part of a committed and highly skilled staff team. Our school is proud of an ethos which is fully inclusive and recognises and celebrates each child as unique.

We need our Headteacher to have:
- A passion for creative and inspiring teaching and learning and an understanding of the contexts of education in a successful first school.
- A clear focus on the progression of each individual child and a belief that every child can and should achieve their full potential.
- The ability to engage families in our children’s education and continue to develop the nurturing ethos which is central to our outstanding provision.
- The ability to strive for further excellence and be both innovative and flexible in leading the school into the next stage of its development.
- A passion which places the school at the heart of our community and a willingness to involve and work with the community and a range of professionals to support our children.
