Post: Business Skills Tutor, Full-time, Permanent (35 hours per week).
Base: Newcastle area.
Salary: From £20,000 to £30,000 per annum, offer based
on qualifications and experience.

Northern Skills Group are seeking to recruit a highly motivated, learner centred and client focused tutor, with excellent communication skills and a passion for providing transformational learning experiences.

We have a proven track record of successfully delivering Apprenticeships, with our experienced team having trained over 2500 apprentices in the North East Region. This vacancy is within our Business and Professional team delivering Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading and Management qualifications.

The successful applicant will undertake a varied and demanding role in the preparation & delivery of training programmes, assisting in sector growth and development of qualifications and frameworks.

We therefore seek to recruit a candidate that ideally possess:

• A current teaching qualification.
• A minimum of a Level 4 qualification in a Business or Management.

Candidates will possess the ability to work with a wide range of people and have excellent written / verbal communication skills, together with good attention to detail and a commitment to lifelong learning. Responsibilities will include:

• Delivery of Business Skills qualifications Level 2 & 3 including
Business Administration, Customer Service, Team Leading & Management.
• Effective classroom management and tuition.
• Development of lesson plans, resources and associated materials.
