Head of Support Services – Full Time

A fantastic opportunity for a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to join the charity at a key time in the Foundation’s growth following the recent opening of the flagship Beacon of Light. The Head of Support Services oversees the key back-office functions including Human Resources, Administration, Volunteering, Training and Health and Safety. Essential skill requirements for the role are multi-tasking, prioritising, exceptional planning and control together with CIPD, Health and Safety and Management qualifications (working towards or the commitment to undertake will be considered). To be successful, you will possess at least three years’ supervisory/management experience, be a consummate HR professional and be able to work at a strategic level as part of the Senior Leadership Team of the Foundation.
