OPERATIONS MANAGER – YOUTH JUSTICE SERVICE
(EARLY HELP, SOUTH TYNESIDE)
£43,757 pa
We are seeking a highly motivated and visionary individual to lead our Youth Justice Support Team: to develop and embed the work of youth justice in South Tyneside.
To bring about reductions in youth offending and re-offending rates, ensuring that the rate of custody is kept to a minimum. To lead the service, implementing best practice and innovative ways of working to ensure that the service meets the individual needs of the young people it is working with.
The role will work with wider early help services to meet the needs of families in South Tyneside.
This is a challenging but immensely rewarding role and provides a real opportunity to make a positive difference to the lives of young people and communities in South Tyneside.
