Post title: Intervention Teacher – Casual, annualised hours contract x 5 posts


Salary: £26.47 per hour (annual FTE equivalent £33,491 MPS6) – pay award pending

Job Location: the post holder will work in locations through the county.


We are seeking qualified and experienced secondary teachers to join the team as Intervention Teachers. We seek applications from highly committed, creative and energetic practitioners who can demonstrate evidence of outstanding progress for pupils in one or more of the KS4 Core Subjects. At the present time, there is a demand for Maths and Science specialisms.

Contract of 100 hours minimum each year. Extra casual hours available to suit throughout the school year.

Required qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status

The successful applicant for this post will be required to apply for a Disclosure & Barring Service Enhanced Disclosure.
