We are a forward thinking council in a city that makes history and shapes the future. A place of bright sparks and big ideas. Our OD team mission is to create an environment where every employee can flourish and where our distinctive, high-quality service adds value to every one of them.

You will play a key role working with staff and managers supporting them to develop and maintain a culture that creates a high performing organisation.

To succeed in the OD Practitioner role, you will be passionate about OD and learning, experienced in individual and group facilitation and able to demonstrate where you have established credible relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

You will also have practical examples to show how your working knowledge of a range of interventions such as change management, employee engagement and performance management approaches can combine to impact high performance.

Being able to turn your hand to supporting staff with IT or digital interventions to improve personal effectiveness would be an advantage.

In return for these, we will encourage and support you to grow and develop further knowledge, capability and skills within a great OD team.
