ADMINISTRATION OFFICER

Permanent Full-time - 37 hrs per week (Term time)
Grade 5: Pt 18-22 £16,257 to £18,156 per annum term time rate
(Depending on experience)

The Governing Body and Senior Management Team of The Hermitage Academy are seeking to appoint a professional and efficient Admin Officer to join our very busy working environment from January 2019.

Working under the direction of the Principal’s PA/Office Manager and the Director of Finance & Operations, the Admin Officer will provide a high standard of secretarial support on a wide range of essential administrative tasks.

The role will also include assisting the Principal’s PA/Office Manager to ensure the smooth day to day running of the school office. The successful candidate must present a warm and professional welcome to all involved with or attending the school.
