Level 3 Teaching Assistant, permanent, term time only over 193 days, 37 hours per week.

Due to a valued member of our team leaving to set up their own business, the Governors of this happy, caring and inclusive school are seeking to appoint an outstanding Level 3 Teaching Assistant; who is experienced, enthusiastic and caring. This will be to provide support to all of our pupils, including those who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning.

A suitable EYFS qualification and experience of working within a school setting is desirable, along with a clear understanding of the expectations across all Key Stages. Experience of assessment procedures within Early Years is an advantage. You must have a commitment to raising standards in our school and have a very clear knowledge and understanding of what excellent teaching and learning looks like within your environment.

You will have a high expectation of children’s work and behaviour and have a commitment to partnership working between home, school and the wider community. You must have the care and dedication to ensure that every child reaches their full potential. Applicants should have a positive outlook and be able to work effectively within a team.

You will be required to carry out all duties as required within a Level 3 job description.
