The Leaving Care Service is seeking to recruit a Personal Advisor to support young people in their transition into adulthood. The Leaving Care Service provides valuable support to young people in our care aged 15.5 years up the age of 25.

The successful post holder will undertake the duties of a Personal Advisor as set out by the Children (Leaving Care) Act 2000, assessing needs, pathway planning and to support all young people leaving care to meet their full potential.
